We believe that church should first and foremost be a place of home, family and safety. So we value radical hospitality, welcome, and diversity.  You don't need to believe anything in particular to be welcome and belong. We prioritise deep, authentic relationships (often around the dinner table) and always find space for children and young people. We don't take ourselves too seriously—joy is a high priority!

We believe God wants us to be healthy and to grow. So we value sustainable rhythms of life which lead us away from busyness and burn out and lead us towards life in all of its fullness. We encourage each other to ‘take our next step with Jesus’ whatever that might be, and believe life with Jesus is about the faithful journey rather than simply an end destination. 

We believe that strong foundations are essential for life, health and growth. So we value good Kingdom theology, attentiveness to The Spirit and our Vineyard heritage. We place a high priority on empowering and releasing women into leadership and creating environments where we can discuss and disagree well.

We believe that we should always look outside ourselves to share the hope we have. So we value invitation, generosity and action. We believe we are tasked with embodying a hopeful presence in a hopeless world. So we value initiatives which look to meet the felt needs of those around us. We place a high value on servantheartedness and believe that ‘everybody gets to play’. We value innovation, creativity and experimentation as we partner with Jesus to multiply His church creating new communities across our county.
